Site description
The Gütsch site is located in central Switzerland, above the village of Andermatt at 2'300 m a.s.l.
It is situated on a alpine ridge in highly complex mountainous terrain.
Towards the North, a relatively flat plateau extends for 300 m before the terrain drops away steeply.
Towards the South, the terrain immediately drops away steeply.
The main wind directions are North and South.
