A measurement campaign was at the beginning of every successfull wind power project!

Profit from our experience from dozens of measurement campaigns in any terrain in Europe, Africa and South America. We install 10 to 60 m high measurement masts as well as LIDAR and SODAR measurements.

The ideal measurement concept

Depending on the type of terrain, different measurements concepts are required . In complex terrain, for example, short term LIDAR or SODAR measurements can deliver important information on the vertical wind profile. Together with a mast measurement wind statistics can be calculated up to a height of 200 m above ground. With our autonomous power system we can also provide a stable power supply in very remote areas. We will be happy to advise you!

Good service

Remote monitoring and supplementary meteorological measurements are naturally part of our measurement campaigns. Based on measurements of temperature and humidity, for example, we determine icing conditions. Upon request, we provide online daily updated measurement diagrams on a secure website.

Our measurements fulfill the IEC 61400 norms.

Highest data availability

Because we always plan with enough redundancy, we reach a mean data availability of over 98% with our mast measurements.
